Added several minor bugfixes to text-handling
Added a rich-text wrapper for "text-fragments" e.g. TextRuns where each fragement could have a different font but still be on or not be on the same line.
This wrapper will be moved from textData and the measurer in a later stage to keep the text-measurer "dumb" and easier to understand and use.
Added use/mapping of these wrapped lines to svg render operations.
